Cancellations and refunds

No cancellations or Refunds required for our products in the Avalthari boutique.

Avalthari, we truly care for excellence in our product quality. Thus, we think to deliver quality products on time at your doorstep.
Henceforth, the customers will never seek the option for the product return.

Return and Replacement shall be entertained only when you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging of the product tampered or damaged on transition. If this is the case, kindly refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
The customers are also pleased to intimate the same, through a call to our customer care at +919566855457 or write a mail to us support@avalthari.com. As a disciplinary action, we will make sure you give a new replacement for the products with no extra cost.

Customers should make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back to us.

Note: We do accept the product replacement only when the defective product reported to us within 24 hours.
